  • What is the TAT (turnaround time) on Eternal Needs (Pre-orders) - Current TAT is running 8-12 weeks

  • How do I contact you - Please feel free to contact us at with any questions or concerns about your order. 

  •  When does a preorder TAT start - TAT starts on the first business day after the preorder ends. Preorder ends on the 30th or 31st of each month.

  • How long are Preorders open - The website is open all month, just please keep in mind if you order preorder early in the month it will not be submitted until the end of the month

  • Do you combine shipping - Yes we do,  Occasionally I will miss if you have multiple orders, but I do try to to find all make sure to combine orders.

  • Do you ship internationally - Yes we do. The website charges $1 for international shipping, we figure shipping  manually and send you an invoice when your order arrives at headquarters to ensure correct shipping.   

  • What happens if I choose the wrong shipping option - Never fear, we will not cancel your order! If you over pay we will refund you and if you under pay we will send you an invoice for the difference.   

  • What type of fabric do you print on - Currently we print on Cotton Lycra 250 GSM, Woven 135 GSM, Canvas 250 GSM, French Terry 280 GSM, Swim 200 GSM, Double Brushed Poly 210 GSM,WPC (water proof canvas), Coffin Lining (Double Sided Minky) 220 GSM and Faux Vinyl 

  • Fabric refunds and flaw policies - When you place a preorder you are agreeing to purchase an item that we do not have on hand or ready to ship. There is a waiting period and you agree to this wait by completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued based on wait times within the the turnaround time. We will always do our best to give you an update in our Facebook Group.  Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for us to receive flawed custom prints. We print on 59" wide fabric but can only guarantee 53", therefore any flaws (smudges, defects, small cuts that are 4" from the selvage will not be considered a flaw.  Any flaw that can be covered with a quarter will not be considered eligible for a refund.  We do not issue refunds for fabric after it has been washed. If you recieve flawed fabric please email us a with your order number and a picture/pictures of the flaw within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • What payments do we accept - We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Sezzle.

  • How do we ship your fabrics - Most orders are sent USPS, orders that have full vinyl yards are sent UPS as this is the cheapest shipping option currently available to us.
